Syracuse, N.Y. – Eighty people became new citizens in a ceremony at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse today.
U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York David E. Peebles presided over the ceremony where the participants recited the Oath of Allegiance and received their Certificates of Citizenship.
